Quotes & pricing
Quotes provided in-home or by phone are valid for 30 days. Pricing is flat-rate and disclosed before work begins. We do not bill for time spent assessing or quoting.
Scope of work
Every job is documented with a signed scope of work before tools come out. Changes mid-project that go beyond the original scope are quoted separately and require your written approval before we proceed.
Warranty
All installation work is warrantied for 5 years on parts and labor from the date of completion. The warranty covers component failure, workmanship defects, and labor to remedy both. It does not cover damage from misuse, freezing, unauthorized modifications, or acts of God.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of work, unless financing has been arranged in advance. We accept check, credit card, and authorized financing through our partner lenders.
Cancellation
You may cancel a scheduled installation up to 48 hours in advance without penalty. Custom-ordered equipment that has already shipped may be subject to a restocking fee.
Licensing & insurance
Noohi Construction Inc. is a licensed California general contractor, bonded and insured. License and certificate of insurance are available on request.
