Noohi Construction Inc. was founded in 2020 by Vahid Chitsaz as a small construction company in Woodland Hills. The work started where any good GC starts · kitchens, bathrooms, repipes, water heaters · and over time one specialty came to define the practice: getting water right.
The San Fernando Valley has some of the hardest, most heavily chlorinated tap water in California. We saw it on every project · scale on the brand-new fixtures we'd just installed, dry-skin complaints in the showers we'd just tiled, water heaters dying inside their warranty period. The fix wasn't another remodel. The fix was at the main line.
Today the work splits across three pillars: whole-home water filtration, descalers and reverse osmosis, and the plumbing work that supports them. Every install is done by the same licensed crew that does our construction work · which means every fitting, valve, and termination is code-stamped, permitted, and inspected. And it's all warrantied for 5 years on parts and labor.
