Noohi Construction was founded in 2020 by Vahid Chitsaz as a small Woodland Hills general contractor. The work started the way it does for every honest GC: kitchens, bathrooms, repipes, water heaters.
Over time one specialty came to define the practice. San Fernando Valley water is some of the hardest, most heavily chlorinated in California. We saw it on every project: scale on brand-new fixtures, dry-skin complaints in showers we'd just tiled, water heaters dying inside their warranty.
Today the work splits across three pillars and one promise: if we install it, it's permitted, inspected, and warrantied for 5 years on parts AND labor.
